Nysernet starts building the New York City optical network and establishes Colo@32 on the Avenue of the Americas.

Resiliency grows in Syracuse
The Nysernet Business Continuity Center opens in Syracuse.

The Syracuse data center expands and New York City Optical Fiber participation grows.
