    What Are Credits?

    Credits are your key to unlocking NYSERNet services. You can redeem them for custom training, cybersecurity workshops, board reports, and more.

    • Inform Tier: No included credits, but services available à la carte.
    • Assist Tier: 3 credits per year.
    • Consult Tier: 3 credits per year + 10% discount on extra credits.

    Credits can be used throughout the year on eligible NYSERNet offerings, and additional credits can be purchased at any time.

     Note: Credits expire after 12 months and do not roll over unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

    Inform Tier – $6,500/year

    Gives members access to:

    • NYSERNet’s services, Quilt discounts, events, and community platform.

    • Exclusive access to NYSERhub and newsletters.

    • Optional add-on services:

      • Cybersecurity

      • Connectivity

      • Trainings
