BGP

This one-day, hands-on workshop will focus on BGP and advanced routing concepts, including configuration, path selection, best practice recommendations, and examples of BGP problems and solutions encountered over years of route fault isolation. You’ll configure Cisco routers in a lab environment to simulate different BGP configurations.

IPv6

This one-and-a-half day, hands-on workshop will introduce you to essential IPv6 concepts. You’ll discuss campus IPv6 implementations, learn configuration and troubleshooting techniques, and build a working IPv6 network in a Cisco-based lab environment. The workshop includes sections on IPv6 wireless, IPv6 security and address management. You should have experience with router and switch configuration, including the mechanics of configuration (CLI and config editor), internal and external routing (OSPF or EIGRP and BGP), and switch and LAN setup. You’ll also need to bring a laptop computer with terminal software installed.

ITIL Foundations and Certification (3 days)

Thisthree-day workshop will prepare you to take the exam for a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. You’ll also receive two ITIL credits, 18 PDUs for project managers and six CPDs.The exam will be proctored on the last day of the class, and you’ll get an exam pass guarantee: If you do not pass, you can re-take the training for free.
